Caps for a team, a site crew or an event — the branded item that gets worn without anybody being asked to wear it.

The style decides how the logo sits. A baseball cap keeps its front panel upright, which holds a logo flat and readable. A trucker cap does the same with a mesh back for heat. A bucket hat has no front panel at all, so branding goes on the side band.

Embroidery gives a raised finish that survives washing and looks like it cost something; it needs a bold shape, because thread cannot hold a hairline. DTF print reaches fine detail and colour blends that thread cannot.
