Who we are, what we collect, why we need it, and what we will never do with it — including the artwork you send us.
Who we are
Tabat Hibr is a printing business based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

What this notice covers
This notice covers tabathibr.com and every order placed through it, over the phone or on WhatsApp.
It does not cover other companies' websites.
What we collect
Contact and account details. Your name, email address, mobile number and, if you give it, your company name.
Delivery details. The address an order is going to, the name of whoever will receive it, and any instructions you add for the driver.
Order details. What you configured, the quantities and prices, the proofs you approved, and the messages you send us about the job.
Artwork. The files you upload, and the proofs we produce from them.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your card number, expiry date, CVV or bank details. Card payments are processed by Moyasar Financial Company, a payment service provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank: your card details go from your browser straight to Moyasar's systems, inside Saudi Arabia, and never reach ours. We keep a transaction reference so we can match a payment to an order, and nothing more.
We do not build advertising profiles, we run no tracking pixels, and we do not buy personal data from anyone.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To do what you asked us to do. Producing your order, preparing proofs, arranging delivery, answering your questions about a job — this is the contract between us, and we cannot perform it without your details.
Because the law requires it. Issuing a tax invoice and keeping accounting records are obligations, not choices.
To run the business properly. Keeping the site secure, preventing fraud, and understanding how we quote and produce work so we do it better.
We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your artwork stays yours
Sending us a file gives us permission to print it. It gives us nothing else.
We use your artwork to produce your order, to make a proof for you to approve, and to reprint the same job if you ask us to. We do not sell it, publish it, use it to train any AI system, or show it as an example of our work without asking you first and getting a yes in writing.
If you would like your files removed once an order is finished, write to admin@tabathibr.com and we will delete them. We keep the invoice record itself, because tax rules require it.
Who we share it with
Only who has to see it, and only the part they need.
The courier receives the recipient's name, address and phone number so the parcel can be delivered. Moyasar Financial Company, our payment provider, handles the payment itself and processes it inside Saudi Arabia. Our hosting and file-storage providers hold the website, the database and your uploads on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions. Our accountant sees invoices. Where a specialist partner produces part of a job, they receive the artwork and specification for that job and nothing else.
We disclose information to a government body, regulator or court only where the law obliges us to.
We do not sell your data. There is no arrangement under which anyone pays us for it, and there never will be.
Where it is stored
The website, the database and your uploaded files sit on servers run by our hosting and storage providers, and some of those servers are outside Saudi Arabia.
Where personal data leaves the Kingdom, we do it on the conditions the Personal Data Protection Law allows, and we require the provider by contract to protect it to the same standard we would.
How long we keep it
Orders and invoices — for the period Saudi tax and commercial-record rules require, currently ten years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed.
Artwork files — for as long as you might reasonably want a reprint, and removed sooner if you ask.
Account details — until you ask us to close the account.
Sign-in sessions — eight hours, after which you sign in again.
Enquiries and quotes that did not become orders — up to twelve months.
Consent to receive offers — until you withdraw it.
How we protect it
Everything between your browser and this site travels over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, so nobody — including us — can read them. Sign-in cookies are signed by the server and cannot be edited into someone else's session. Access to orders and artwork is limited to the people who need it for the work, and administrator sessions end after eight hours.
No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will tell you and the competent authority without undue delay, and we will tell you plainly what happened.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy of it; to correct anything wrong or out of date; to delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it; to stop using it for marketing; to explain how we obtained it and who we shared it with; and to withdraw any consent you gave.
Write to admin@tabathibr.com. We will answer within thirty days, and we will not charge you for a reasonable request.
Marketing messages
We send offers only to people who asked to receive them. Every message carries a way to stop, and stopping takes effect immediately and permanently.
Messages about an order you actually placed — a proof to approve, a payment receipt, a delivery notice — are part of the job, not marketing, and will still be sent.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies, all of them needed to sign you in, keep your basket and remember which language you chose. There is no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie.
Our cookie policy names every one of them and says exactly what it does.
Children
This is a business printing service and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the way we work changes — a new provider, a new service, a new obligation.
The version on this page is always the one in force. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you directly rather than leaving you to notice it.
