What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and — if you give one — your company name. We also store the artwork files you upload, because we need them to produce your order.
Why we collect it
Solely to process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations.
Payment details
Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems. We keep only a transaction reference.
Your artwork
Files you send remain yours. We use them only to produce your order and we do not share, publish or reuse them without your written permission.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once any legal retention period has passed. Write to us at the address on the Help Centre page.
