Refund Policy

Custom-printed goods carry your branding, so the rules differ from ordinary retail. Here is exactly where you stand.

The short version

You have two hours to cancel. After that the job is in production and cannot be refunded, because it is made only for you.

If the fault is ours, we reprint the whole order free — with no time limit on that promise.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel any order within 2 hours of placing it and receive a full refund, with nothing deducted.

After that window the job moves into production: materials are cut and press time is committed to your specific design, and neither can be recovered.

To cancel, write to info@tabathibr.com or call +966 54 508 7754 with your order number. The clock is on the order's timestamp, not on when we open the message.

Why a printed order cannot be refunded

We do not refund an order once it has been printed.

This is not a policy we chose so much as a fact of the trade: a box of business cards carrying your logo, a banner with your event date, a sign with your shop name — none of it has any value to another customer. A return would mean destroying the goods and absorbing the whole cost.

Ordinary retail can restock a returned item. We cannot.

If we made a mistake

If what arrives does not match the specification you ordered, or the fault is in our printing, finishing or handling, we reprint the entire order free of charge.

That is our standing guarantee. There is no time limit on the reprint itself, and you do not pay delivery on it.

Where a reprint is not useful to you any more — an event that has passed — talk to us. We would rather agree something fair than hold you to a reprint you cannot use.

Reporting a problem

Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the goods as they arrived.

We investigate and respond within 1–2 business days. Photographs matter: they usually tell us immediately whether the cause was the file, the press or the courier, which is what decides how fast we can fix it.

Please keep the goods and the packaging until we have finished looking into it.

Damage in transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening it if you can, and tell us within 2 hours of delivery.

Damage in transit is ours to sort out with the courier, not yours. We reprint or replace and deal with the claim ourselves.

Artwork supplied by you

We print what you send us and what you approve.

If a file is low resolution, in the wrong colour mode, missing bleed, or has a typo in it, and you approve the proof anyway, the result is not covered by the reprint guarantee.

We always try to catch these before printing, and if we spot one we contact you first. But an approved proof is the specification we print to.

Colour is not a defect

A printed colour can differ slightly from what your screen showed, and one run can differ slightly from the next. This is normal in printing and is not grounds for a refund or a reprint.

If matching an exact brand colour matters, ask us for a printed proof before the run and we will supply one.

How a refund is paid

A refund goes back by the method you paid with, to the same card or account.

We issue it within 3 business days of agreeing it. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank — usually a few days, sometimes longer.

Still not right?

If you think we have applied this policy unfairly, write to the owner directly at admin@tabathibr.com.

It is read by a person, not a queue, and a printing business in this city lives on people ordering again.
