The agreement between you and Tabuwa Prints when you place an order.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been received in full. Until then no production capacity is reserved.
Prices
All prices shown include 15% VAT. Delivery is charged separately at checkout: 25 SAR inside Riyadh and 50 SAR elsewhere in Saudi Arabia.
Production times
Stated production times are working days and begin once your artwork has been approved, not when the order is placed. Fridays are not working days.
Your artwork
You confirm that you own the rights to any design you send us, or have permission to reproduce it. We reproduce your file as supplied.
Colour
Printed colour can differ slightly from what you see on a screen. Screens emit light, ink reflects it. Small variation between print runs is normal and is not a defect.
Delivery area
We deliver within Saudi Arabia only.
Cancellation and refunds
Governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
