The agreement between you and Tabat Hibr when you place an order — written to be read, not only agreed to.
Who these terms are with
Tabat Hibr, a printing business in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These terms apply every time you use this website, ask us for a quote or place an order. Placing an order means you accept them.
How an order is made
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The agreement is formed when we confirm the order and payment has cleared in full — not at the moment you press the button.
Until that point no material is bought and no press time is reserved, which is also why nothing has been lost if you change your mind in the first two hours.
Quotes
A written quote is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise on the quote itself.
It is priced against the exact specification and quantity it names. Change the size, the stock, the finish or the quantity and the price changes with it — ask us and we will requote.
Prices and VAT
All prices on this site are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT.
Delivery is charged separately at checkout: 25 SAR inside Makkah and 50 SAR elsewhere in Saudi Arabia. A tax invoice is issued for every order.
Payment
Orders are paid in full before production begins.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number. If you have a business account with agreed credit terms, the terms printed on the invoice apply instead.
Your artwork, and your rights in it
You confirm that you own the rights to everything you send us, or that you have permission from whoever does — logos, photographs, fonts, illustrations and text alike.
Those rights stay yours. We gain none of them, and we do not use your work for anything except your job. If a claim is made against us because a file you supplied infringed somebody's rights, you agree to cover the reasonable cost of dealing with it.
Proofs and approval
We print what you approve.
A proof shows layout, content and placement. Read it carefully, because approving it is what releases the job to production. Spelling, telephone numbers, prices and dates inside your file are yours to check — an approved proof is the specification we print to.
What we check, and what we do not
Before printing we check that a file is technically usable: resolution, colour mode, bleed, trim and fonts. If we find something that will spoil the result, we stop and contact you first — we would rather delay a job than print a bad one.
We do not check the content. A typo, an old phone number or a wrong price will be reproduced exactly as supplied.
Colour and normal variation
A screen emits light and ink reflects it, so a printed colour can differ from the one you saw on your monitor. Paper stock changes it again.
Slight variation between one print run and the next, and small movement in cutting, folding and binding, are normal in printing and are not defects. If exact colour is critical — a brand colour you have to match — tell us before we print and we will supply a printed proof.
Work we will not print
We will not produce anything unlawful in Saudi Arabia, anything that infringes someone else's rights, anything that impersonates a person or an organisation, or anything intended to deceive or defraud.
We may decline any job at our discretion. If we decline one you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Production times and delivery
Stated production times are in working days and run from artwork approval, not from when the order was placed. Fridays and public holidays are not working days.
We deliver within Saudi Arabia only. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith; where a delay is ours we will tell you as soon as we know rather than let the date pass quietly.
Checking your delivery
Please open and check the goods when they arrive.
If anything is damaged, short or not what you ordered, tell us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs, and we will put it right.
Cancellation, refunds and reprints
Every job here is made to your design, so the rules are not those of ordinary retail — a printed box of your business cards cannot be resold to anyone.
Our refund policy sets out exactly where you stand: the cancellation window, when a refund is available, and our reprint guarantee when the fault is ours. It forms part of these terms.
Your account
Keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
If you think somebody else has access to it, tell us at once and we will end every session on it.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse, price, configure and order.
You may not attempt to break the site, take it apart, scrape it wholesale, overload it, or use it to send anything harmful to us or to anybody else.
Our intellectual property
The website — its text, photographs, product images, layout and code — belongs to Tabat Hibr.
Design work, templates and mock-ups we prepare stay ours unless we agree otherwise in writing. Your own brand and your own artwork are always yours.
Our responsibility to you
If we get a job wrong we put it right: we reprint it, or we refund it. That is a real promise and we stand behind it.
Beyond that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost business, or an event you missed. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not permit us to limit.
Things outside our control
We are not in breach of these terms where a delay is caused by something beyond our reasonable control: a supplier or material failure, a power or network outage, an import restriction, extreme weather, or an official directive.
If it happens we will tell you, and we will either agree a new date with you or refund the order.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel within the window set out in our refund policy.
We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if we cannot produce it to the standard we promise, if the artwork breaches these terms, or if payment fails.
Language
These terms are published in Arabic and English.
If a difference in meaning arises between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We would much rather settle a disagreement by talking — write to admin@tabathibr.com and it will reach the owner. If that does not resolve it, the competent courts of Makkah have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes.
The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the moment you placed it.
