Question 1

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Printed items carry your branding and cannot be resold, so we do not refund completed orders. If the fault is ours, we reprint the job or refund you.

Question 2

Something is wrong with my order — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description and photos. We investigate and come back to you within 1–2 business days.

Question 3

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 2 hours of placing it. Once your job enters production it cannot be cancelled or changed, because it is being made specifically for you.

Question 4

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Open the product you want, choose your options, attach your artwork and add it to the cart. Then check out and pay — you do not need an account.

Question 5

Can I upload my own design?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that is how most orders work. Upload the file directly, or paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link if the file is large.

Question 6

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Products with volume pricing show the discount table on the product page, and the discount is applied automatically when you add to cart.

Question 7

What file format should I send?

Accepted Answer

A print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, high-resolution PNG and TIFF. Artwork should be 300 DPI, in CMYK, with 3mm bleed around the edges.

Question 8

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card payment: mada, Visa, Mastercard and STC Pay, on our payment provider's secure page. Payment is taken in full before production begins.

Question 9

Do your prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every price on the site already includes 15% VAT. Delivery is added at checkout.

Question 10

Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment. We deliver within Saudi Arabia only.

Question 11

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the product. The production time is shown on each product page, plus shipping time to your city. All times are estimates.

Question 12

How much is delivery?

Accepted Answer

SAR 25 inside Makkah and SAR 50 anywhere else in Saudi Arabia.
